We do not sell any data captured as part of your use of C2’s products or services. Our public website uses Google Analytics which may be considered exchanging data for valuable consideration under CCPA.

Marketing
Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.
If you are an existing customer, C2 will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale to you.

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase.
